Martin and his crew were able to get an emergency plumbing repair done on a weekend no less! He came out the same day (Saturday) to assess and started the project the next day (Sunday) and completed by Tuesday. Martin was easy to communicate with, punctual, and did what he said he would. I would call Platinum again. Martin was responsive and very professional. He responded to my communication quickly, and he was on time, actually a few minutes early, which is rare. He was fair in price and willing to negociate. The work was done correctly and more challenging than first expected. He was very friendly and taught me alot while he worked.
