Kyani and her team did an amazing job at my home. I have a 2-story 2bd, 3bath townhouse which required some moderate cleaning. Kyani was a great communicator and performed great quality work throughout my household. Really appreciate and will book again

Super excited to share my experience Kyani’s Kleaners. The crew showed up early (15 minutes) and sent a courtesy text to inform me they were here. They came straight in and went to work. It’s always has been weird for me when the cleaner come, I feel like I should be helping. They were super respectful and reassuring that they are here to help and I was able to spend the time with my kids playing in the yard. I went back and monitored my cameras (as anyone would when you have strangers in your home), I did not seen anything that would make me question the team or make me feel uncomfortable. They came with their own products and when we can in the house there was not a harsh chemical smell. Highly recommend!! (Floors so clean you could eat off them!!)

Kyani’s Kleaners did a pretty good job but also missed the mark on a few places. Communication was great, and they were punctual and very professional. Living room area floor and baseboard were cleaned very well. The kitchen was cleaned very well (floors, countertops, oven) but didn’t clean the sink. The guest bathroom was cleaned very well. The master bathroom was a bit disappointing. The toilets, countertops and mirrors were cleaned very well. However, the floor was very streaky and not cleaned very well, still saw dirt on areas of the floor and they placed dry floor mats on the wet floor causing a lint stains under each mat.
