- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a base standard price. however, since every single house is different and every customer has different needs we also customize our price based on customer specific needs and wants. After a long time working with different customers and different types of cleaning STARS FAMILY CLEANING noticed that most issues were related to miscommunications between customers and companies. At STARS FAMILY CLEANING we develop a system where customers will know exactly what they are getting and how much it will cost. No surprises after job is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our main goal is 100% customer satisfaction. to ensure that's accomplished we make sure customer's specific needs and wants are addressed before job is started.
