WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would post ZERO stars, if possible. Service was okay for the first year, but the past few times, have done subpar service at the house. Last month, I had to call the office to have the gate closed and when I called this week about the poor job done on Thursday, they promptly scheduled a free mow for today in an attempt to clean up what they did not do on 5/17/18, and cowardly canceled my service the morning of said free mow via email. All of this done for an elderly, disabled, 50+ year resident of Irving. DISAPPOINTING, to say the least. They will bombard your inbox with specials and seasonal offerings, all the while neglecting to perform what your pay them to do regularly. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Long delays in communication and very unprofessional. I was told Tuesday morning I would be contacted later in the day with a time they would be there on Wednesday and never heard anything. Then at 10 am Wednesday I was told they would be there within the next 2 hours. At 10:22 I stated I would start to head that way. At 11 am I was informed they left. They never contacted me to tell me they arrived. They never inquired about how far away I was which was roughly 5 mins away after rushing to Irving from McKinney. When I mentioned nobody ever scheduled a time with me and commented on the bad customer service the person texting didn't even take the time to respond. Don't waste your time with them. They are nothing but a disappointment.

We apologize for any misunderstanding or confusion. You are NOT a customer of ours, you called on October 24th, requested a 1 time mowing service. We placed you on our schedule the very next day October 25th as a courtesy. You refused to fill out the credit card authorization form, refused to pay online through our website, so we did agree that you would pay upon arrival. You were aware that we did not have a specific time frame of arrival. You agreed to be home when we arrived. You were aware that we would not be servicing you lawn without payment. We are sorry you drove from McKinney to Irving, however our crew members are not allowed to sit and wait for arrival.

Highly recommended! We switched from another company to R&R and so glad we did. They consistently do a good job on our yard. On one occasion, they came on a different day, so our gate was locked. They quickly responded to my email and sent the worker back out to do the back yard. It was determined they had a problem with an email notification that did not go out, telling me of the change in day of service. They did a great job communicating with me and responding to my issue. No one will be perfect, but it is at those times when something goes wrong, that you see the true character of a company. This company has high integrity and character and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable service to enhance their curb appeal!

This company mows my neighbors yard. Today the guy busted out my van window. It looks like it was a complete accident but when I called the company so they could do the right thing they told me Unfortunately our insurance will not cover a broken window of a person who is not a customer of ours . The crew member has no knowledge of a broken window. We do apologize Thats it. Instead of taking the high road and doing what is right they took the low road and bowed out like cowards. So if you use this company tell your neighbors to protect their property!!!And by the way even after they replied with taking care of their neighbors I never heard anything else. No offers of paying my deductible. No real sorry. Just a pitiful company.
