We had an entire brick panel fall out of place due to our wall posts separating naturally. I called several different masons and most of them turned the job down because they felt it would be too difficult to find a replacement panel. I called BRI and worked with Coleton who came out to inspect the fence within 24 hours. He explained the project to me and was able to answer all of my questions. He prepared a detailed quote and sent it out to us within the next couple of days. We didnt feel any pressure to proceed, but we felt very comfortable with their professionalism and decided to proceed. Coleton continued keeping us in the loop from start-to-finish. Miguel and Junior were two of the gentlemen who came out to complete the work. They were efficient, prompt, and professional. We are extremely happy with the results. The fence looks better than when we bought the home. We would highly recommend BRI, Coleton, Miguel, and Junior for any brick work needs. They are great!!

BRI always did exactly what they said they would through the entire process (estimate, scheduling, and execution). They were very easy to work with and did a great job making multiple mortar repairs for us. Would definitely use them again if needed.

Team arrived on time, took the time to explain their process. Kept me informed as they progressed. Cleaned up as they went and did a final cleanup before leaving. Workmanship was excellent and they did exactly what the agreement called for them to do at the price agreed. No hard pressure to up sale which I found refreshing. When they were finished they reviewed exactly what was done and the invoice detailed their every step in the process. Excellent work. Strongly recommend Brick Restoration Inc. for masonry work and repairs.

Wonderful experience with Brick Restoration. They fixed the crack in the brick wall and installed an expansion joint so there won't ever be cracks due to the soil shifting again. Thank you!

This company did an outstanding job repairing the 60 year old brick wall around our front porch. The work was perfect and more than we expected. Price was more than reasonable and the two employees that did the work, Junior and Miguel, were extremely courteous and dedicated to doing a good job.
