I struggled alone for hours to move an armchair up flights of stairs. I finally googled 24-hr moving help (it was 2 am by this time) and Thumbtack popped up. Luis responded within minutes of my project request. He went above and beyond to help me in the middle of the night. Luis arrived quickly and moved the armchair and a box up three flights of stairs for me. I am so grateful for the prompt response and for the mover’s willingness to help me so late at night. I will definitely be asking for this company’s help again.
