Once we got our move-in date for our new apartment, we called Expert Moving company to schedule the movers to come that morning between 9-10 am. They had called me back to verify so they could make sure I was taken care of. The day before the move, our leasing office informed us that they forgot to mention we couldn't pick up the keys until 12 so we scrambled to call the movers to see if they could push back our time. They gave us a call back a few minutes later to say they could reschedule us between 1-4 pm which I was happy about! Then our apartment let us know the morning of the move our new place still wasn't ready and we couldn't pick up keys until 5pm. We were really upset and gave them a call back to see if there was any way they could do a move that late or the next day since it was so last minute. They were very understanding of the situation and were able to work with us. Victor, Herman and Kevin came at 6pm that day and got us taken care of as quickly as possible while still being careful with our belongings - not to mention they brought things to wrap our TVs and our furniture. We moved from a 3rd story apartment to a 2nd story and with it being an evening move, we know that was really generous of them to accommodate us after changing times on them twice so short notice. Finally we are moved in as you can see, and ready to unpack. We really can't thanks these guys enough. I went ahead and referred them to a coworker who will be using them for his move. Seriously, Expert moving is great and I wouldn't refer them if I didn't believe that.

Michael was amazing! He helped me set everything up the week of, showed up on time, and was a speedy&efficient mover.
