- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You’ll book a call that’s convenient for you. We’ll visit to make sure we're the perfect fit. I’ll send you everything you need to get started within 24 hours. We can start as soon as you want or wait until an exact date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my masters in nutrition, a certified NTP (nutritional therapy practitioner) and an herbalism student. Also, I’m a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, a Working Against Gravity Certified Coach, a Behavior Change Specialist, and a functional hormone specialist.
