- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work closely with our clients to make sure that every detail is discussed and discovered. We learn what their needs are while giving them creative ideas from our experience. Once we have settled on a menu and theme that works for their event, we begin our journey building the perfect event for them. We are always available for questions, and just in case there are any changes to their event, we are flexible to accommodate their wishes. We walk with our clients all the way to the day of the event, that way they have the assurance that everything is being handled to the expectations that they have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From the owners, all the way to our administrative staff, we have more than 50 years combined in the food industry. We have seen every situation, and know how to handle anything that gets thrown our way.
