I worked out with Ramon just after I was released by my doctor after having my first and second baby. Excellent workouts, a great challenge for you body and even better results! He really puts together a great workout plan and know a lot about nutrition to get you on the right road to a better body and healthier nutritional habits! Two thumbs way up! I highly recommend him as a trainer!

Need to get back in shape? Ramon is a fitness specialist who offers weight lifting, circuit training, exercise ball workouts, weight loss programs, post-rehabilitation workouts, and fitness exercises. He also gives discounts to first-time clients. Great motivater doesn't let you cheat yourself always tells me "yesterday you said tomorrow"
