Biomechanics of Strength -- Provides awareness, education and intervention programs for strength training, as well as flexibility and aerobic exercise, in addition to helping people change their lifestyle to move toward a balance of physical health (move
people from a sedentary lifestyle to a more physically active one; reduce the risk of heart disease, hypertension, cancer, osteoporosis, obesity, and diabetes melitus.
Golf Conditioning -- A functional system that integrates sport-specific exercises with a primary emphasis on core involvement as well as addressing flexibility that is designed to improve your ability to swing the club with more consistency and accuracy.
Special Populations/Seniors -- Offers the safest and most effective fitness programming, from the physiology of aging to the techniques and tools for motivating and communicating with older adults. A musculoskeletal screening is provided to
establish any postural deviations as well as a complete client health history.
Post-Rehab -- Provides an individualized program protocol for clients with various limitations that are recovering from a variety of injuries, disease and/or treatments, such
as ACL and meniscus ruptures, rotator cuff tears, cervical strains, lumbar pain, knee and hip replacement, diabetes and hypertension.
Boxing Basics -- An ideal method of training for caloric expenditure, core strength, endurance and self-confidence. Learn proper technique and form without having to fight. All equipment is provided, client provides the sweat.
Combat Conditioning -- A program to improve the current fitness level for anyone looking to take it to the next level. It's for combat athletes who want to improve their performance as well as the person who wants to follow the road to functional fitness..
