*updated to higher rating. Dec2025.The school has improved drastically and the feedback is taken seriously. We have continued here - reaching 1.5 years+ now.The classes start on time and 1:4 ratio is maintained well. The aquatic director is quite active during classes ensuring smooth operations.Kudos to the staff and management for executing on measurable improvements.--------------------Skip this school if you love your money and want proper progress of your kid.My kid is enrolled here for 6+ months. I have couple of concerns I have noticed recently and its forcing me to look at other schools in area.1. They need to enforce 4:1 ratio for the class. My kids class has 5 students today to one instructor. While I see there is an additional instructor just sitting outside the pool?2. It's a 30 minute class, I have noticed recently they get kids in about a minute late into the pool and push them out upto 2 minutes early. Thats about 10% of coaching time in a 30 minute class.3. My kid is in same level since July2024 and I am writing this in March25!!! They will just keep charging your card while your kid will hope to learn swimming one day in distant future.Too many kids and too less time will result in slow learning and kid getting stuck in same grade for much longer while you shell out monthly fees.

We understand how important individual attention is, and we're actively working to ensure our ratios consistently align with our standards. Regarding class timing, we know every minute matters. We’ll be reviewing our transitions closely to make sure students are getting the full value of their lesson.
We’ve also recently enhanced our parent-to-coach communication. You’ll now be able to receive weekly feedback directly from your child’s instructor to stay more informed about their progress.
