After being in mortgage servicing so long, I began by exploring the various ideas of Property Management. A lot time, when a foreclosure occurs, the property still has to be maintained in order to sell. I started by offering services to family and friends and then began exploring outside of them.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always be open to more than one pro. Weigh out the pros and cons and really dial in to what YOU need.
