Our problem was a motorized recliner, part of a 4 cinema seating group. The end unit had stopped reclining. Manji was able to troubleshoot the problem and replace the part. He is very knowledgeable on furniture repair, and the communication was excellent. The part came in and the recliner was fixed within two days. Pricing was reasonable. Will definitely use Abeve again. This was our first experience with using Thumbtack.
