Based on their reviews, I hired them to try to repair my power rocking recliner. The service guy was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. After thorough inspection and testing, he found what was causing the problem. I highly recommend him and will use them again when the needed part arrives.

The only reason I did not give a 5 rating is because I requested that the fabric for my chair be horizontal and it was installed vertically. I imagine that the fabric was cut in a way when purchased that it wasn't possible to do so. Aside from that, they did a great job and I'm very happy with the finished product.

Updating the review based on recent updates, he reached out, came home, assessed the chair and provided a quote. I reached out to this contractor through Thumbtack and followed up multiple times, but never received a response. I understand people get busy, but ignoring potential clients reflects poorly on professionalism. I would have appreciated even a quick reply a “not available” message would have been better than silence. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend.

I am thrilled with the professionalism and workmanship this young man displayed. He repaired a broken sofa leg and wobbly desk legs. Gave new life to each piece. May end up keeping the pieces as I was planning to give them away!
