Do not ! I repeat do not use this lady for anything !!!!!! I payed my hard earned money to her to install a balloon decoration over my front door and never received service. First off Cynthia asked that I pay half up front and half when the job was complete. I payed half up front. Then, a week later she said that she was at the store purchasing the balloons and needed the second half so I sent it to her . A week before my party , I texted her and she said the she can come to my house on Saturday like I requested and when I proceeded to lock down a time, she just stopped answering. I tried to call and her phone was going straight to voicemail so I continued through out the week to get in touch with her, still, straight to voicemail. I had my sister text her and she got answer immediately!!!!turns out Cynthia blocked me!!! When my sister texted she said that she was referred by a friend and Cynthia told her to cash app her money up front until my sister told her that I could not get in touch with her and she should be absolutely ashamed of herself!!! This lady is a scam artist. I received nothing in return when I payed my money. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS LADY !!!!’NO NO NO !! Please remove her from thumbtack!
