Window Depot USA was amazing! The initial visit was great. They measured all windows from the exterior of the house and gave us a quote that was within our budget. A couple of weeks later, they returned to install the windows. They were friendly and worked very efficiently while installing the windows. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends interested in purchasing new windows!

Window Depot was referred by a friend and I am thrilled with the whole experience. Steve was patient and informative about window selection and financing options and respected my decision to get other bids. I was replacing 9 old wooden windows original to my 1930s home so I wanted to be sure the upgrade wouldnt take away from my homes character. I preferred the window choice and financing options to the competitors which finalized my decision to work with Window Depot. . When it came time for install the workers got here early and worked hard and consistently until they were done. They even fixed the cracked caulking that wasnt necessarily part of their job. I appreciate window depot going above and beyond. Steve even came out to make sure everything went smoothly on install. Definitely recommend these guys- everything about it felt like a local business. Happy to support them!

WD USA was referred by my neighbor. Steve was straight forward, not pushy, and mostly importantly didn't up-sell me on window features that I wouldnt benefit from (i.e. 3x pane). Pricing was very competitive and quality of windows were solid (life time warranty). After deposit was made, Jerry installed the windows pro level. They cleaned as they went and they had great attitudes. They worked hard, fast, and safe. Jerry and his partner changed out 10 windows in 6 six hours in 100 degree Texas heat. They sealed the windows flawlessly. WD did a great job all around. Thank you Steve, Jim, Jerry, and the other guy (sorry I don't remember his name).
