Maria has been practicing yoga and strength training for over six years and earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification through School Yoga Institute in Tejukula, Bali in 2024. After years working in tech, Maria found her way back to her body through movement and now teaches with the intention of helping others do the same. Her classes are designed to help you feel more connected, confident, and at home in your body, whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice. Maria's teaching style lives in the sweet spot between challenge and compassion. She encourages students to explore their edge while honoring where they are, emphasizing strength, mobility, and mindful awareness.
