- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am one of the cheapest around right now as the pool industry is growing rapidly in Austin and many company's can't take on more clients and have raised their prices tremendously.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the issues they are having now and issues had in the past to give me a better understanding of their pool and pool system as everyones is different.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been around pools all my life and started working/ cleaning pools professionally about 3 years ago.
