I'm very pleased with Reid and his professionalism. After hearing signs of a critter (raccoon) in my attic, Reid set traps, fixed the entry points on my roof, and sanitized my attic. I no longer hear any scratching. He did not try to upsell me on things that were not needed and I have a 2 year warranty. Also, his prices are reasonable and the quality of his work was great.

Reid was the 4th wildlife control company who came out to assess a problem we're having with a dead animal under the house and he was by far the most professional and thorough. He is the only one who truly did everything he could to address the issue, the only one who showed up prepared with the necessary tools, and the only one to give us a detailed explanation of what we're dealing with. Then, when he provided the quote for exclusion service, it was very detailed and specific to our home vs the other companies who provided generic copy & paste quotes that have nothing to do with what we're dealing with. 100% Benchmark is the pro to hire!!!!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always start with a FREE inspection to determine what all is needed or could be recommended to find a solution that suits you. All structures and wildlife issues are different, but flexibility and multiple options are always available to fit a wide range of situations. We offer discounts in addition to the multiple options as well. Flexibility is important to help everyone and I want to create a lasting relationship that can be trusted if assistance is ever needed again.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Anyone that is coming on board into Benchmark Services, a thorough free on-site inspection will be performed on the structure combined with detailed documentation. This is an essential part to introduce anyone to the ins and outs of how and why the problems may be present. Once everything has confidently been inspected, we can form a service that fits around you, we keep things as clear and consenting as possible to keep the customer informed. From big to small jobs, we want to give everyone the best service possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years of active industry experience. Rodent Standards Certified through NWCOA (National Wildlife Control Operators Association).
