- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always start with a FREE inspection to determine what all is needed or could be recommended to find a solution that suits you. All structures and wildlife issues are different, but flexibility and multiple options are always available to fit a wide range of situations. We offer discounts in addition to the multiple options as well. Flexibility is important to help everyone and I want to create a lasting relationship that can be trusted if assistance is ever needed again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Anyone that is coming on board into Benchmark Services, a thorough free on-site inspection will be performed on the structure combined with detailed documentation. This is an essential part to introduce anyone to the ins and outs of how and why the problems may be present. Once everything has confidently been inspected, we can form a service that fits around you, we keep things as clear and consenting as possible to keep the customer informed. From big to small jobs, we want to give everyone the best service possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years of active industry experience. Rodent Standards Certified through NWCOA (National Wildlife Control Operators Association).
