- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary, all wildlife issues are different, but flexibility and or multiple options are available to fit a wide range of situations. We offer discounts included with the multiple options as well, flexibility is important and home maintenance can add up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Anyone that is coming on board into Benchmark Services, a thorough inspection will be performed on the structure combined with detailed documentation. This is an essential part to introduce anyone to the ins and outs of how and why the problems may be present. Once everything has confidently be inspected, we can form a service that fits around you, we keep things as clear and consenting as possible to keep the customer informed. From big to small jobs, we want to give everyone the best service possible.

10 years of active industry experience. Rodent Standards Certified through NWCOA (National Wildlife Control Operators Association).
