Yes, I take a state approved CEU course every year!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had a customer that was told by another company they were infested with rats, and needed to do almost $15,000 worth of work to solve the problem. I inspected the house and found zero evidence of rats, they had squirrels in attic. I was able to permanently solve their for under $1000 dollars.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Lowest initial price does not always equal the best value. Companies often offer a great low price for a general service, but charge extra for various types of ants etc. Look for a company that covers a broad range of pest at no additional charge. Also when dealing with exclusion work ask what materials will be used several companies use spray foam even though it is very ineffective.
