Ed responded quickly and came out same day. I was impressed with how he went about checking each component of dryer. Ed explained what he was doing along with just conversations. He found the problem and dryer didn’t need any new parts! Friends, I have a new go to for appliance repair!

Ed's Appliance Repair was he first to respond and that was what I needed. Ed diagnosed over the phone and sent Andrew out the next day to repair my microwave within a couple of hours. Cost was reasonable for parts and labor. Andrew was very polite and knowledgeable. A real fine young man. Highly recommend and will call if any future appliance repairs are needed.
Ed’s Appliance is a honest family owned business that does quality work for a reasonable price. Ed and Andrew are amazing! We are a nonprofit that relies on them to keep us up and running, when a machine goes down.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$85 service call free with repair
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start at the first call and try to diagnose your problem and give you kind of an idea what is wrong with it and give you an approximant estimate on the cost. You can then decide if you want to proceed saving you the service call fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
