- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer satisfaction means a lot to me. I provide pricing in a clear and simple guide. My prices are based on the job and the details, which is why I greatly encourage a phone consultation to get an accurate picture, excuse the pun :) of what the photo shoot will entail. I work with customers to find the best price that fits their budget and is reasonable for both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is easy and simple. The first thing I do is find out what type of photography the customer is looking for and have them look at my portfolio. Once it is established that I’m the photographer they want to work with, a price is determined, then the date and location are established for the photo shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On-the-job training was the best education for being a photographer! I’ve worked with babies, adults, celebrities, models, actors, couples, families, and children. I’ve operated a professional freelance photography business for over three decades and have worked with a variety of clientele.
