- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different in terms of difficulty, design, and material selection so it varies from project to project. However, competitive pricing is what we ensure to achieve with each project we quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initially meet with the customer face to face to get a solid understanding of the desired outcome of the project. 2. Discuss various cost savings options, if available. 3. Understand the budget which the customer is willing to invest into the project ensuring that objective can be met without sacrificing quality. 4. Discuss and define design plans and then provide a written quote/contract reflecting agreement. 5. Discuss and determine a good start date for my customers and propose a completion date with detailed explanations for each phase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15+ years in mechanical engineering and project management. 11+ years in commercial/residential design and construction.
