- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is available for certain types of projects. Things such as mowing, leaf removal and trimming usually have a standard pricing. More extensive landscape projects,such as, bed installs, extensive planting or trimming and complete landscape makeovers require an on site evaluation to determine pricing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we first schedule a face-to-face meeting to get to know one another. This is where we will learn the customers expectations and vision for the upcoming project. Once this is established, we can suggest or opinions based on our experience to create the ultimate look they are trying to achieve. We will then discuss our expectations as their chosen landscape professional, pricing and schedule of completion. Its then that we will make it our absolute priority to give them the best in customer service and quality landscaping.
