- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting correct information of the customer, call them 30 minutes ahead of time to let them know I’m on the way Once arrived, introduce myself and my apprentice, then let the customer educate me to what the problem is , once known I write up a estimate, if agreed upon , proceed to get the job done

Countless hours of continuous education as well as 25 years on the job training
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Repairing a hot water slab leak that various other companies said was going to cost almost 5000.00 to fix I repaired it for a quarter of the price , and when finish , you could not tell I had even been there , NO secondary damage
