I was extremely pleased with Bobbys professionalism, knowledge, thoroughness and reasonable pricing. Bobby made certain to provide clear expectations on what to expect from his work as well as an accurate price estimate that did not change once he arrived as many past carpenters have done. Bob came out and diagnosed our dishwasher as being terminal. He offered to reduce his service fee, and made some very helpful suggestions for finding a new dishwasher. He asked that we let him do some work for us before rating him, but I would like to give him this rating based on his attitude and helpfulness. I am sure that we will rate him very highly on the next project he helps us with, because we will definitely have him out for our next winter project.
