Jessica and Elma arrived on time and did a fantastic job! I'm a single guy, busy with work and traveling often. The dishes and laundry were piled up, bath and bed rooms in serious need of cleaning. They got right to work with caring attitudes and paid excellent attention to detail. Excellent quality of work. I hired Brenda's Cleaning to do a move-out cleaning on my home before closing. First they moved things around in their schedule to make the such short notice I gave them work. My expectations were far exceeded with the quality of work that the team did. I have kids and pets, and you would have never guessed when they were done. Hired Brenda's Cleaning for deep clean. Mirrors, faucets, and bathroom counters were left untouched. Language barrier would be too great to use on a consistent basis. Will not be using them in the future.Aug 3, 2017Brenda's Cleaning's reply
Hi April, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback, and I'm sorry you were less than 100% satisfied with the work we did for you. While the girls were still on site I spoke with you on the phone a couple of times, and you expressed complete satisfaction. Then, the girls had already left when you called me back and mentioned the floors needed more attention and were happy to come back and re-do (Which we did). I did receive your email next day, after I left a voice message for you following up on your cleaning from the day before (We have a 24 hours guarantee). Where you mentioned the mirrors, faucets and windows (Window cleaning was not included on your scope of work), but we did agree to come back and re-clean at no cost the areas of concerns. Unfortunately, you did not agree for us to come to clean again. Again, I'm sorry you were not 100% satisfied, but we feel we did everything we could to make things right. We are here to help, and if you give us a second change, I will do a %40 discount on your next cleaning. Thank you April Javier.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is not complicated. We consider the size of the property, the number of people and pets who live in it, the age of the house, and the frequency of the service. Simple is better.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?From the beginning, we make sure we fully understand what their expectations are. Once hire, we email our new customer a welcome email, which contains our customer agreement, the pictures of the maids who will clean the property for the first time, and their login credential for our customer portal. We also follow up with the new customer right after their first cleaning, to make sure they are completely satisfied.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?When I was younger, I worked for a nationally recognized Maid service company as a cleaner and later as a supervisor, and I know what is needed to do a great cleaning job. I am focused on providing an excellent service at a fair price, always thinking on my client first.
