- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive calls, texts, & email requests from clients - many who are repeat customers or referrals. We reach out to discuss the scope of the project & I often ask a client to text me their address so I can review the property via Google Earth. For regular lawn care service clients, who are just looking for mowing, trimming, & edging once I determine the lot size I can deliver a quote & our availability nearly instantly. For landscaping design/remodeling or hardscaping projects, I meet the client at their property to conduct a walk through to hear their needs, vision, budget, & timeframe. Usually, we make recommendations together to develop a scope of work. I maintain regular contact throughout a project to ensure issues are managed & addressed quickly.

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One recent client owned a beautiful home in the Heritage area of Fort Worth/Keller. Their yard was admittedly a mess, so they called us before they put it on the market. We were thrilled to hear from their realtor their home sold in 5 days because the new buyers loved the lawn & landscaping. This was a short project for us only lasting 1 1/2 days but had major impact for our client.
