- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fees for my services depends on the frequency of sessions per week. I offer a 50% discount of my first visit, which consist of interviewing client in areas of nutrition, specifics of his/her goals, fitness assessment, and recommendation. With that information I elaborate a specific approach, as the first stage of training. As we progress in our training journey, I make adjustment, and pertinent changes based on the clients responses. We aim for permanent beneficial changes, that will exceed my prospects expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a researcher, I invest long hours in acquiring new information, based in solid research from the most prestigious scientific sources pertaining to my field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was athletic inclined since my early life. I started as a runner, and marathoner. Then I escalated to diver sports and martial disciplines. At age sixteen I was my family personal trainer, and self-defense instructor. I embarked a professional athletic career at 18. Years of training, development, and education followed after that.
