My clay tile roof started leaking and water started damaging the ceiling inside the house.
Ryco Roofing was able to come out the next day to provide an estimate.
The price was competitive with an estimate that I got from another roofing company in the area.
Repair work started a few days later once Ryco was able to acquire the exact model of the clay tiles for my roof.
Highlights:
- The work crew was knowledgeable and was overseen by a representative from Ryco at all times. For me this was very important as I previously had a bad experience with work crews that weren't supervised. Ryco was accountable, and I felt comfortable that my house is being taken care of during the entire process. I can't overstate how important this is.
- The work quality was excellent, with special care given to fix the roof using the same materials.
- Ryco confirmed that the repair was successful. The roof was watered using a water hose to determine that there are no leaks.
- My ceiling was repainted carefully, with protective plastic placed around the work area. The texture of my ceiling was perfectly matched and painted.
- Communication was excellent throughout. Ryco provided me with timely updates and was interested in my feedback and ensuring that I was satisfied with the work and the results.
Overall, I was highly impressed with the service that was provided. I hire many professionals to do work around my house, but Ryco's work and customer service stand out as notable, hence the long review.
Highly recommended, do not hesitate, even if you pay a bit more.

Ryan and John were both great to work with. Ryan helped us find the right shingles for our roof, considering the amount of wind and hail we receive yearly. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a simple per Sq price. We have Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum roofing packages to fit anyones needs! Ask us for more info!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a free inspection! Your inspection includes a photo & measurement report with a summary and description of damages.
You’ll either be given the “all clear” or an advisement of repair/replacement. You have a dedicated RYCO production manager that will help you every step of the way!
