We knew we needed some real network engineer type after the last “tech” put in another network extender in our home and we still had problems watching Netflix and using our video doorbell and all the other stuff that used to work.
We found Lee accidentally searching on google. On his first visit his temporary fix made a world of difference- he took out 8 of our network extenders and told us to throw them away. A week later he took two days installing our new network. My teenage kids things he’s a genius because of what he did . The husband and I can stream and work without a single issue and finally feel like we are getting our moneys worth on the gigabit fiber service!
We love showing off the speed tests now to our friends and neighbors. I still don’t really understand what 350 mbps up/down on my phone means (lol sorry Lee) but I do know we’ve got a very fast and reliable wifi . It was a bit pricey and took a few days but we now know you get what you pay for. We are so happy we have him going to our place in Colorado to work his magic. Highly recommend!

I almost dropped $30,000 on a fully integrated home automation system when I was referred to Custom Smart Home Services. For about a third of the cost I'm able to control just about everything in my house with my voice. I didn't understand at the time why they kept pushing for making my wifi really good. They worked with my ISP to accept my service too- which was worth it since I had no idea what a WAN and mega bits is. They showed me how to add my own lights and do macros on my harmony remote- which with one of my C4 homes it cost over $250 just to have them remote in and update an input. We like that they want to help us learn and encourage us to try doing this smart home stuff ourselves when we have time. Great team and creative approach. highly recommend.
