Tiffany was polite, caring and very knowledgable. She is what I was looking for in a personal accountant. She listen to each of my "issues" and "story" regarding my taxes and was positive throughout the whole interaction (a change from the previous year's accountant). I had been concerned about my taxes and she eased all my thoughts and reassured me that she would keep me informed. She did just that, within 24 hours I received communication from her regarding the initial status of my tax situation. Ultimately it was good news! I furnished her with a few other documents and within the week of our first meeting I had the final tax information. We met in person one more time where she sat with me and went through my return and explained it step by step. She then accepted my credit card payment and filed my tax return electronically. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her and I will absolutely return to her for next season's tax return. The thing I appreciated most was her communication and her positive energy!

This was my first year using a CPA for my taxes, and I couldn't be happier with taking that leap of faith. My wife and I have used turbotax the last 5 years and while that worked well enough for us from a ease-of-use perspective, we were really hit hard by the fed's and always owed money. I started an LLC this year and needed guidance so we wouldn't get hit hard again. I was paying myself a wage all year, and did not know until meeting Tiffany that I needed to file a corporate tax so that I wouldn't be a "pass-through" entity, which really eats you up come tax time. All told, my wife and I will be getting a very nice return this year and will be using that return to help us with our biggest investment yet, buying our first home! I'm grateful for Tiffany and would advise anyone who is on the fence or likes to try to tackle their taxes like I once did, to take that leap of faith and let Tiffany do her magic.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike most tax professionals, I offer a flat fee for all my services besides IRS Representation. Starting from $300 and up. I also offer free 15 minute consultation over the phone. I ALSO offer FREE 1040 EZ filings for your dependent if you hire my normal services!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to get to know my client better first by speaking with them over the phone with the free 15 minute consultation. After that, if everything looks good, I get started by having the new client upload their tax documents on a secure portal where I can review and start getting to work! I maintain updates with the client to make sure they know what's going on. I'm also always available for any questions about the process through calls, texts, or emails.
