FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer FREE estimates. I can offer you a much better price if able to see service needed first. I ask for $60 per hour, but many jobs I do at a flat rate. Often cheaper than by the hour. Service fee only applies if hired, and much of it can be waived. Also offer 10% discounts to seniors and veterans
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them and go over what it is that they are wanting. After almost 30 years of service I can suggest better cheaper options. Or even explain to customer why the idea may or may not work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father and grandfather were both master carpenters. I grew up in the trade. I have also been in business for almost 30 years doing everything from foundation to the roof and everything in between
