Carlos was great! He came and did a tile shower and tiled a bathtub deck as well for our addition. He was methodical with his work and took his time to do it right. He was very professional and polite and the price was very reasonable for the amazing work. Highly recommend Carlos for tile work!

He was late and went to the wrong house. He then text that this job wasn’t a good fit for him blaming me for bad communication. My house is the first on the street and he went next door when nobody was home.

Customer took hours to respond to my requests for information (I needed to know specifics of the job to know what tools to take). I was very polite when asking questions and customer seemed not to care about the project or my services. I strive for the best possible experience for all my customers but sometimes it just doesn’t work out. I did let customer know I was running late.
