Warning to anyone considering this contractor. I hired A Quality 1 Outdoor Services about 7 months ago. The initial work was decent, but there was a change order and he promised to return to finish. He also took several of my old lights, saying he would fix and reinstall them. I paid him in good faith. Since then, he has ghosted me for months at a time. After repeated messages, he eventually sent one of his workers to complete the original work in addition to a small add-on, as of this writing none of the work has been completed. He was unreachable for several months again. He resurfaced once to say he’d finish by the end of August, and has again gone silent. At this point, I’ve been left waiting for over 7 months with unfinished work and missing fixtures. This is unprofessional, irresponsible, and disrespectful to clients who pay upfront and expect honesty. I strongly caution anyone against hiring this contractor. Find someone reputable who stands behind their word and their work.
