If lawn mowing had an express lane, Fred would be driving it. Lightning fast, but with surgeon-level accuracy. The yard looked clean, precise, and professionally finished. What I appreciated most was how easy he was to deal with. No automated responses. No links telling me to schedule myself. No pressure tactics about “slots filling up fast.” It was refreshing to communicate directly with an actual human being. He said he had an opening. He said he would come. He said he would cut and haul away the debris. And he did exactly what he promised. The price was fair with no surprise charges or upselling. As a nice bonus, he even sent photos after the work was completed, which gave me extra peace of mind. In a world of complicated scheduling and overpromising, Fred simply does what he says he’s going to do. Highly recommended.
