I couldn’t recommend Coach Ben and his gym enough. For the record, I was no stranger to strength training or fitness before I walked into his gym just a little over two months ago. In fact I’ve done quite a bit of my own reading, research and have tried a variety of approaches the year and a half prior to coming to Beyond Limits. But I’ve seen more strength gains and healthy fat loss in the past two months then I had ever on my own. Now working with Ben is far from easy. I think just about the entire first two weeks I was sore nearly every single day. But I kept showing up. Never once did I feel like Coach Ben or any of the gym members were judging me. In fact, quite the opposite. Everyone has been incredibly supportive, but especially Coach Ben. I guess that’s what makes him a great teacher. When I didn’t even believe I could do something, he still believed in me. Thank you Ben for all that you do! You rock and I couldn't recommend your coaching enough!

I am a remote client of Ben's. I get to see him in person occasionally and have worked with him extensively both remotely and personally. He is hands down the best coach and trainer I have worked with. I own my own gym and work with phenomenal coaches regularly, but no one, include myself, compare to him.

Ben is an outstanding personal trainer. He listens, gives feedback, and very attentive to each persons needs and wants. So thankful to have him as a coach and personal trainer!

Ben has been training me for a little over a month. But within that time, I've gained back mobility and strength in my back (herniated L5-S1 and L3-L4, as well as two other bulging discs in my lumbar). The best part of all of it is he explains everything to you, so you know the reason you're doing what you're doing. Ben explains how your muscles interact with eachother and how they help support your body. It doesn't end at the gym either because he tells you what you can do on your own to help. Now, with his guidance, I can do exercises I couldn't do before I got hurt. His motivation is a better YOU, physically and mentally. Best trained I've ever had and known
