Anderson Painting and Remodeling

I will start by saying this customer seems to have complaints with every professional she hires. We heard countless stories about unfinished work and how one owner she contacted was in Big Lakes and couldn't help her. Cleaning supplies we used were offered by customer. We cleaned up after ourselves everyday and no complaint was ever made until so called "stranger" was brought in for additional help.  As a business owner I am allowed to employ who ever I see fit. We arrived every morning by 10 am and with only two people there for the first few days,  if materials were needed one had to leave. The children that were there were over 12 for about an hour after they were picked up from school one day and doors were closing loudly due to suction caused by Windows being opened because of fumes. Customer never complained about cleanliness nor children until new person was found in home who was never unattended. Also, dresser pictured was never moved and this was discussed with customer because she stated it was an antique. Customer was redirected to speak with co-owner to  avoid miscommunication.  Customer had made arrangements for walls to be painted which she backed out of only after she found new help in her house. She had also made arrangements for a trade in services for ceiling fan installment which she has not completed. Also upon completion a walk through was performed with customer at which time she made no complaints. I would not recommend taking any job from such an unstable client.
