- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starts at our minimum job amount. This typically applies to one item pickups and smaller junk removal jobs. We offer discounts for curbside and driveway jobs as well as military and first responders discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically first call or text you to establish contact. We will discuss the parameters of your job as well as location and timeline. For jobs that are a little complex, we will ask for pictures to be able to provide you with a quote. If you can’t get us pictures, we can arrange for an in person estimate. After the quote is issued and accepted, we will get you into the schedule and complete the job on the day and time requested.
