- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard rate for general Handyman Services, However I do have a set per hour rate of $25 for DIY assist jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the customers need, we set a time for a free estimate visit. I make my recomendation and give the customer my quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served as a technical engineer in the military, I was the maintenace NCO for the building i was assigned to. I am an Acoustic Surveyor with continuous training in equipment integration, interfacing, maintenance and trouble shooting.
