- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer nutrition and training programs all of which range from 4 weeks - 8 weeks - 12 weeks. Both programs come with free adjustments for the life of the plan. The training plan you purchase determines the base cost of 1 on 1 sessions(not required for a training program but each training program comes with 1 free 1 on 1 session). 4 week 1 on 1 price is $35 a session, 8 week 1 on 1 price is $30 a session, and 12 week price is $25 a session. 1 on 1 sessions by themselves are $35 per session. I do offer discounts and am willing to work with payment plans.

Meet & greet/talk, starting paperwork, goal alignment, initial stats, and start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple certificates through the International Sports Science Association(ISSA): 1. Certified Fitness Trainer 2. Specialist in Fitness Nutrition 3. Youth Fitness Trainer 4. Transformation Specialist 5. Bodybuilding Specialist and 6. Corrective Exercise Specialist.
