- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My estimates are what they will be charged at end of installation. We never add extra charges without communicating with customer first with what may need to be added. Then only when customer approves will we add that charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically start with initial phone or message learning what the customer is looking for. Then we’ll schedule a free estimate that works into their schedule. Next we’ll provide the estimate and discuss with customer what they can expect from us and answer any questions they may have. From there we will schedule a tentative install date and follow up a few days before install. Once completed we will do a walk around with customer to ensure they are satisfied with our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been in some kind of construction trade, but home exteriors is where most of my experience lays. 8 years in the Marines taught me leadership and discipline skill that go hand in hand with running a successful business.
