To people with real-estate property. I have new job overseas and did not want my house to sit empty and lose money, I toyed with renting the house myself only the paper work involved and making appointments was impossible for me to do from overseas. I contacted Missy, as soon as she took over as property manager all my worries just disappeared, their is no way I could have done all she has done from overseas. Do property managers need to be licensed?
