- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would work at a flat rate. I could apply discounts depending on the job that needs to be done
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself, have the customer explain what the issue is, look at the work that needs to be done, and give a diagnostic to resolve the issue. I also make sure to explain all the work that needs to be done and why.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the field for six years, and I have a journeyman license
