I like that Allen is self employed and not a big company. He showed up as scheduled which is highly appreciated now a days.. He did need to come back a 2nd day(traveled a good distance)since our 2nd garage door which just needed maintenance broke :( as he was starting . We bought another unit and he installed at at a reduced rate. He was respectful & cleaned up after he was done.

Allen was so great at responding and getting the work done ASAP! I had busted my garage door at 10pm, I put in my request and within 20 mins Allen is responding and asking if I needed him there that same night to get it done! He came out the next day as requested and got it fixed within an hour, great guy, value, and workmanship!
