Marcial Medina presented his proposal better than any of the 12 companies that I spoke with. He wasn’t the lowest price but he provided the best value priced roof. He was professional and his team did a great job installing the Owen Corning lifetime roof that would withstand

I just got my roofreplacement by Medina Construction and they've done a great job. They showed up as stated 7AM and were able to get the job done by 2PM! . What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are proud to offer competitive prices and outstanding quality, by doing everything possible to work with you budget. Pricing also depends on the shingle choice, number of shingles, height in stories of the roof, and pitch (steepness) of the various roof slopes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first provide a free roof inspection to pinpoint any outstanding issues, to then come up with a quote for the repairs needed.
We also offer help with insurance claims if needed, as we know this can be a really confusing process. Our team will help from the beginning to the end that means from the time we show up for the free inspection until the time all the work has been completed and the customer is totally satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay up to date on all the new materials and technology in the roofing industry by attending seminars, webinars, product demonstrations, etc. from all the major manufacturers and distributers. We have hands on training, experience and actually know how to do the work ourselves.
