We met Brad for a remodeling project that involves knocking down part of a weight-loading wall and complex electrical work on the remaining wall. We find Brad very knowledgeable and competent. What we value the most is that he is still humble enough to ask questions to make sure that he understands what we want and what we expect. On top of that, Brad is super responsive by either text or E-mail. So our drawing part was completed in a week after a few rounds of bounce-back. We would definitely have Brad on board for our next renovation project.
