Having an older home meant no ethernet cabling for internet. I had macgyvered the provider coax through the soffit and into my second story front corner office. Even after replacing the provider router for a better higher range output device I still didnt have a strong signal throughout the house nor out on my back porch (nice local for teleworking!). Derek fixed my mess, moved the router to a central location in the house and ran a line outside to the pergola for my PoE WiFi antennae that I had plans to buy. His service was professional, detailed, and he finished it in less than a day which included clean up. Next morning, I was out on the swing, drinking my coffee, tied into my 9:00 with VoWiFi and no intermittent VPN issues (and all that without even installing the PoE antenna yet). Cant thank him enough!

Needed three breakers replaced and was not able to find them in stock anywhere due to the pandemic. He came the same day I called and was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He talked through everything he was doing and even taught me some things. Made great recommendations without being pushy about them.
