Derek and his team at Deep Rock Foundations have been nothing but helpful throughout the whole process. Derek kept in close communication with me from start to finish. He explained different ways to repair the foundation and gave me cost breakdown of each option. He gave me his professional opinions and made me feel comfortable when making a decision that was best for our home. During the repair, his crew was very friendly and even played with our dog and interacted with our kids! They explained everything they did and cleaned up after they were done. Derek came by afterwards to check the work and make sure we were happy with the results. The whole team was very friendly, professional, and involved. Would highly recommend them for any foundation needs!

A++! Derek and his crew were amazing from start to finish. The quote was extremely easy to understand and Derek was available anytime to answer our questions. Derek was in constant communication with updates on start dates, permit status, etc. The crew was amazing. They were very clean, would sweep and clean up everyday before lunch and at the end of the day. We have a narrow hallway that they were having to maneuver a wheel barrel through, there is not a single scratch on any of the walls. They kept everything organized and made the process as painless as possible. Derek was there at least once every day to check on progress and give updates. After the work was completed, Derek came by and checked to make sure everything was done properly and was cleaned. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation work.

Last week, my front door wouldn’t open. I've had a minor crack in the ceiling of my kitchen, but I know exactly what this is a sign of...a cracked foundation. I know that can cost thousands, and was worried about that cost, as alot of our jobs can be taken at any time, etc. I found a company that prides itself on honesty, Not overcharging. Now usually when someone says “I’m honest, I swear!”... it actually means the complete opposite. So Derek came out and we were masked and social distanced etc. He spent 2 hours doing measurements, came back and said “well you did catch the beginnings of something but this can be rectified”. He provided a professional diagram of my house with about 30 different measurements on the various rooms, etc. My measurements were a little off, but nothing he can really justify charging. He explained my oak tree is pulling up all the water on a certain area of the house, which is going to cause a bigger issue down the line. “Water daily from Easter to Halloween”. Then...he fixed my door. Didn’t charge a dime! I have been through home repairs before and in my experience have been nickeled and dimed EVERY TIME. And also a positive...he fixed my door... and again...for FREE! I hope I never have foundation issues again, but if I do, I will definitely go back to Deep Rock!
